Martha Eichlersmith

Martha Eichlersmith is a data scientist with experience in programming to clean, manage, analyze, and visualize data in R and R Shiny. Prior to joining the CSG Justice Center, Martha worked on data visualization projects for the Department of Labor’s Employment and Training Administration, which explored the Participant Individual Record Layout (PIRL) data. She also worked in investment banking focusing on the senior living industry. Martha received a BA in mathematics from Gustavus Adolphus College and an MS in statistics from Northwestern University
